About
I am here to serve your heart on its way home
When I reflect on my journey of healing and who I have become, my heart is filled with sincere gratitude, humility, and profound acceptance for every experience that has generated healing, growth, and transformation.
Each chapter of my life has invited me deeper into understanding, compassion, and authenticity, allowing me to release the pain that once held me back from living fully. Through this journey, I have shed many layers and learned how to return home to myself — grounded in truth, presence, and the wisdom of an open heart.

My story
How this work found me
My journey of becoming has been an unfolding starting long before I was even placed here on earth — connected to generations of much needed healing that surfaced in 2006. During this time I was experiencing significant physical symptoms of stress and unrest. That is when I was introduced to mindfulness, and felt it would help me learn more about my patterning of handling and processing stress in my life.
A turning point came when I attended a training program called Secondary Trauma and Resiliency. It brought actionable tools and mindsets into my life that allowed me to decrease the costs of professional stress. That opened up a space in me to continue nurturing my own healing while being inspired to share with others, leading me to join the 2025 cohort of the Mindfulness Teacher Training led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
This work matters to me because for many years the people nearest and dearest to me did not receive the best of me — and I know I am not alone in admitting that truth. It is part of my purpose to hold space for others’ healing, so they can share the best versions of themselves with the people they love most.
There was a time when I experienced deep disconnect, constriction, isolation, woundedness, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, burnout and hyper-independence. Through intentional healing and inner work, I have transformed those experiences into opportunities for awakening and growth. Today I live from a place of connection, wholeness, joy, compassion, peace, interdependence and equanimity.

The baobab
Why a tree became the mark
During travels to Africa in the fall of 2025 I was able to learn and experience the magic this tree has to offer. In doing so it felt sincerely fitting to have it represent my logo.
The baobab stands as a powerful symbol of my journey and identity as an aligned healer. Like the baobab, I have traveled through cycles of challenge and growth, guided by the rhythms of life itself, finding nourishment not only for the body but for the soul. This tree embodies the fullness of coming home to wholeness, the strength forged through hardship, and the wisdom earned through experience.
It reminds me, and those I serve, that healing is a sacred circle of rest, renewal, and sharing. Rooted deeply in resilience and connection, the baobab reflects my commitment to hold space where transformation flourishes, and love and wisdom flow freely to uplift others on their own paths.

Philosophy & approach
How I hold space
- What makes this work different
- Through many years of personal practice and knowledge-based learning, I have connected with a wide variety of authentic ways to support others with a personalized approach to mindfulness.
- My intention in every session
- That you connect to a deeper wisdom within your own heart, release patterns that no longer serve you, and leave with clarity about what you would like to carry forward to live in alignment with your truth.
- How people feel afterward
- Grounded. Rejuvenated. Safe. Calm. Clear. At ease, and more present in the moment than when they arrived.

“Who you are is not defined entirely by what you achieve. You are worthy of rest, joy, and connection simply because you exist — not because you have earned it.”
